Our Therapists
A movement and wellness specialist, Lovar Davis Kidd (L.D.), blends yoga, massage therapy, dance, improv concepts, and somatic practices to foster empowered leadership and personal growth. A Carlson College of Massage Therapy graduate and a 500-hour registered yoga teacher through James Miller’s Adamantine Yoga, L.D. integrates a deep understanding of anatomy, mindful movement, and hands-on bodywork into everything he offers.
With experience as a licensed massage therapist and yoga teacher at Toula Yoga, a longtime community instructor, Kidd brings a rich background in body-based healing and education. His training in dance (MFA 2023) and improv comedy infuses his work with creativity, playfulness, and approachability, creating spaces where participants feel safe to move, breathe, and reconnect with self.
